Why this course
Due diligence made practical.
Personal duty
Clarifies what officers must actively know, resource, monitor and verify under the WHS Act.
Board-ready
Built for directors, executives and senior leaders who need evidence of informed oversight.
Practical evidence
Connects due diligence to reporting, consultation, risk controls and records that stand up later.
Certificate
Records completion of all seven modules and their required questions as evidence of learning.
Continuous Audio Course
Listen through every module with one tap, saved progress and phone or vehicle controls. Complete the module questions before your certificate is issued.
Important: This is non-accredited awareness training. A certificate records completion of the course requirements; course completion alone does not satisfy or discharge an Officer’s personal due diligence duty. The legal definition of an Officer depends on a person’s role and influence, not their job title alone. Jurisdictional differences also apply, including Victoria’s Occupational Health and Safety legislation.
Current learning experience
Listen continuously. Assess understanding separately.
Listen Mode moves through all seven modules in order and saves your position. Listening alone does not unlock the certificate: the questions for every module must still be completed. After completion, every module is available for replay with 15-second rewind and fast-forward controls.
